Where do you service in Calgary?

We focus on Southwest Calgary — Shawnessy, Sundance, Chaparral, Bridlewood, Evergreen, Somerset, Midnapore, Millrise, and Cougar Ridge. We know these neighborhoods well and we're out in them constantly. If you're just outside this area, call us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can fit you in.

How do I get a quote?

Call us or fill out the quote form on this site. We'll ask a few questions about what you need, usually do a quick drive-by or photo assessment, and get you a flat price before any work starts. No surprise invoices.

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices are fair to start with — we don't pad quotes with the expectation of negotiating down. That said, bundling services (spring cleanup + aeration + power raking, for example) almost always saves you money. Ask us about packages.

What's included in a typical spring cleanup?

Accepted Answer

Debris and leaf removal, dead grass raking, edge cleanup along walks and beds, shrub trimming, and full haul-away of everything we collect. Your yard goes from 'winter survival mode' to 'ready for summer' in one visit.

Do I need to be home when you come?

Nope. As long as we have access to your yard and know where the gate latch is, you can be anywhere. We'll send you a before/after update when the job is done so you can see what happened while you were doing literally anything else.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Spring is our busiest season — mid-April through May books up fast. For spring cleanup, power raking, and aeration, earlier is better. If you're reading this in March, book now. For mowing and summer services, we typically have more flexibility but season-long contracts fill up.

What if it rains on my scheduled day?

We work in light rain (Calgarians don't get to be precious about weather). For heavy rain or conditions that would damage your lawn or our equipment, we reschedule — usually within 1–2 days. We'll notify you and handle the logistics.

Do you offer contracts or just one-time visits?

Both. One-time jobs are fine — spring cleanup, a single haul, a tree trim. Season-long contracts for mowing and snow removal save you money and give you priority scheduling. Most of our customers start one-time and switch to contracts after the first season.

Are you insured?

Yes, fully. General liability insurance covers your property and ours. We're a legitimate operation, not a couple of guys with one mower and some optimism (though we started that way — the insurance came quickly).

How do I pay?

E-transfer, credit card, or cash. We invoice after the job is complete unless it's a large multi-day project where we'll work out a deposit structure in advance.

Do you do commercial properties?

Small commercial — restaurants, small retail, office lots — yes. Large commercial properties (shopping centers, apartment complexes, industrial sites) are outside our scope. We're a neighborhood service focused on residential and small commercial in SW Calgary.

Honestly? We show up, we communicate, and we actually care about your yard looking good — not just good enough to collect payment. We're your SW Calgary neighbors, not a franchise. When something isn't right, we fix it without an argument. That shouldn't be a differentiator but here we are.
