This is the full fall visit in Lakeview. We haul-away the lawn, the beds, the hedges, and the fence lines. Leaves, clippings, and light debris go in the dump truck — not left at the curb. If the grass is still growing we cut and trim. Walks and driveway get a tidy. We do not aerate, fertilize, overseed, blow out irrigation, clean eavestroughs, or take down trees. A second late drop is a separate quote.

Yes. Lakeview proper only. We are neighbours here. If you are just outside, call and we will tell you honestly whether we can take it.
What’s the difference between fall cleanup and leaf cleanup?
Fall cleanup is the full seasonal visit: haul-away the lawn, beds, hedges, and fence lines, haul leaves/clippings/light debris in the dump truck, tidy hard surfaces, and a final cut and trim if the grass is still growing. Leaf cleanup is still a haul (bags or truck) with an optional final mow. We never leave-it-behind.
Do you haul, or leave city bags at the curb?
We haul. Dump truck for fall cleanup. Leaf cleanup is haul-away — still hauled. We do not leave-it-behind a pile for you.
Is a final mow included?
On fall cleanup, yes if the grass is still growing — cut and trim. On leaf cleanup the final mow is optional. Ask when you book.
Are beds included?
Fall cleanup includes beds, hedges, and fence lines. Leaf cleanup is focused on leaves; say if you want beds done too.
Do you clean gutters / eavestroughs?
No. Gutters are not in fall cleanup and not a listed service. We do not call this a leaf cleanup — that word makes people think of gutter blowouts.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts. One yard, one visit, or as many as you want.
How do you price a visit?
We look at the yard and tell you before we start. No prices on the site.
